We answer every email: hello@fairstride.app, usually within one business day.
Quick start
- 1. Create: open the app and pick the Product finder. It arrives drafted from your own collections.
- 2. Connect: on each answer, use Add rule to point it at a product, collection, or tag. The editor shows a live preview the whole time.
- 3. Publish: the Publish button checks everything first and tells you if a step is missing.
- 4. Add to your theme: use the Open theme editor button, add the Product Quiz block to any page, and save. The quiz follows your theme's fonts and colors.
- 5. Test it yourself: take the quiz once on your storefront. Your response appears in the app under View responses.
Common answers
- The quiz is not showing on my storefront: check the quiz is Published in the app, and the Product Quiz block is added and saved in your live theme. If both are true and it still does not show, email us your store domain.
- Which quiz shows in the block? The block shows your most recently published quiz by default. To pin a specific quiz, put its ID (shown in the app) in the block's settings in the theme editor.
- Responses stopped counting: you may have reached your plan's monthly response limit. The quiz keeps showing; new responses pause until the 1st of the month. Nothing is deleted.
- Email capture is not blocking results: the "require email" setting only takes effect while the quiz contains an email question.
- Exporting data: View responses, then Export CSV. The file includes answers, emails, and products shown.
Data requests
To export or delete your store's data, email hello@fairstride.app from the email on your Shopify account. Deletion completes within 30 days. See the privacy policy for details.
When you write
Include your store domain (yourstore.myshopify.com) and, if it is about a specific quiz, the quiz name. Screenshots help.
