Questions merchants ask

How long does setup take?

Pick 2 to 5 of your collections, usually preselected for you, and the first quiz is created from them with recommendations connected. Our timed run from template to published quiz took 76 seconds; most stores publish in minutes.

How accurate are the recommendations?

You define them. Each answer links to products, collections, or tags you choose, so the quiz recommends exactly what you approved.

Will it match my theme?

The quiz block uses your theme's fonts, inline on a page or as a popup. Inline, it also takes on your section's background and text color. Buttons and the progress bar use an accent color you set in the block settings; it starts as black.

What do I learn from responses?

Every answer path, captured emails, completions, and which products were shown. Export everything to CSV whenever you like.

Can I start free?

Yes. The Free plan includes 50 responses a month and everything you need to prove the quiz earns its place.

What happens beyond the Free limit?

Your quiz keeps showing and shoppers can still take it. New responses pause until the 1st of the month and nothing is deleted. Upgrading raises the cap right away.
